But it rarely bothers me in Mortal Kombat. It's just not realistic enough. Which is great. Cause real gore makes me queasy. The only time I felt slightly sick or faint from MK's gore was in MKX. Mileena's fatality where she starts eating your guts as you try you crawl away on your hands was a bit much for me.
