WebJul 6, 2024 · In 1933 Portslade Council passed plans for road building on the Paddocks Estate, including Sefton Road and Beechers Road, and in 1934 Foxhunters Road was added to the plans. Chrisdory and Stanley Avenue were on the Kennels Estate. By 1938 the built-up area consisted of Beechers, Chrisdory, Foxhunter, Mile Oak, Sefton, and Stanley Roads.
