We were in Antigua a few weeks ago & hired a taxi with two other couples for a cost of $20 each. The driver took us around the island including Shirley Heights & Nelson's Dockyard. We paid $7 each extra to drive through the national park, but this included entrance to the interactive centre & the Dockyards.
